Sponsorships

We are very happy to welcome sponsors who are interested in supporting our event’s mission.  We offer three levels of sponsorships.  Details are provided below, followed by a summary table.

• Gold (8000 CHF)
  • Have a stand at the event (all five days). The table size is 320cm x 60cm.
  • You can send us an A0-sized poster, which we will display in a dedicated area of the venue
  • Up to two people can attend the event
  • We will send one email to all participants on your behalf.  Participants have to indicate whether or not they are willing to receive such emails during registration.  You can draft the email, but we will send it.
  • Your logo will be added to the conference materials/website, under the appropriate sponsorship category
• Silver (3000 CHF)
  • You can send us an A0-sized poster, which we will display in a dedicated area of the venue
  • You can send us a document, up to A4-sized, that we will put on a common table for attendees to take
  • One person can attend the event
  • We will send one email to all participants on your behalf.  Participants have to indicate whether or not they are willing to receive such emails during registration.  You can draft the email, but we will send it.
  • Your logo will be added to the conference materials/website, under the appropriate sponsorship category
• Bronze (1000 CHF)
  • You can send us a document, up to A4-sized, that we will put on a common table for attendees to take
  • Your logo will be added to the conference materials/website, under the appropriate sponsorship category
