Registered participants will not be asked to pay any registration fee.
You will still need to pay for your trip to Geneva, accommodation in the area, and other such expenses.
Registered participants will be provided access to the venue on a day-by-day basis, and will be able to participate in all of the activities of the day.
This includes two coffee breaks (one morning, one afternoon) and a light lunch each day.
Despite being a free event, we need to respect the venue capacity, and we need to know how much catering is required.
The venue is additionally a closed facility: registered participants will be provided an access badge on arrival, which is required to enter the event area.
When pre-registering for the event, you will need to specify which day(s) you want to participate in, which session(s) you are most interested in, and provide a brief statement + CV/resume.
This information will be used to select a diverse pool of participants, and to ensure that each session will have interested audience members.
While we strongly encourage people to participate in person to fully benefit from the opportunities offered by the event, we realise this is not always feasible.
We plan to offer a remote connection with limited interaction: whether or not remote participants will be able to ask questions or otherwise interact with the live audience will be up to the discretion of the convener of each session.
